Loving Paws Animal Center, Inc. “LPAC”

2023 Easter Vendor Contract

The parties to this contract are Loving Paws Animal Center “LPAC” (hereafter “Host”) and Vendor Name, specified in the field below (hereafter “Vendor”).

Whereas, LPAC is hosting an Event known as EGG-CITING EASTER BASH to occur at WEA CREEK ORCHARD on APRIL 8, 2023 beginning at 12:00 noon am/pm & concluding at 5:00 am/pm, and has the right to vend at and during the Event, and Whereas, Vendor desires to vend (product(s)/items) specified below at and during said Event, and

Whereas, Vendor has paid LPAC the sum of $40.00 for space to vend at and during said Event, which is nonrefundable, but considered “pre-paid” for a future event, should current event be cancelled and/or rescheduled for a later date,

Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows:

1. Vendor shall have access to the location agreed upon by the parties (between 6-8 p.m. the evening before) and/or (8-11 a.m. the morning of) the Event’s commencement for the purpose of setting up Vendor’s vending station, goods, and other things necessary and reasonable to vending at the location.

2. Vendor shall not vend any goods or services other than those described herein at and during the Event without the LPAC’s written consent.

3. Vendor’s vending station shall be clean and orderly; and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Vendor’s may have staff at their own expense to help sell and/or promote services at said event.

5. Vendor’s and staff shall be respectful and maintain professionalism toward entities of LPAC, Wea Creek Orchard owners/staff, other vendor’s, customers and supporters.

6. No loud music, noise, or sound amplification devices shall be used by vendor’s or staff at the location.

7. Vendor shall have access to the location for up to 3 hours after the Event’s conclusion to dismantle and remove all things brought to the location by Vendor. Vendor shall leave the location clean of trash and substantially in the condition it was before Vendor occupied it.

8. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Loving Paws Animal Center - LPAC and Event Venue Wea Creek Orchard against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Vendor’s presence at the Event and Vendor’s activities of any kind.
